Positive: it wasnt as expensive as other places, there is a large grocery shop near by.
Negative: The place wasn't really clean when we arrived. The kitchen had dirty pans/dishes, the floor had bits (dust, dirt) and there was trash left over from thw previous person staying there. The pictures of the rooms were definitely taken on a really good day, with lights on and perhaps even edited, as in reality the rooms are very dark. We only got one roll of toilet paper for 3 nights, and because it was too thin, we had to buy our own. there was no soap to wash our hands with, and the toilet bowl wasnt fastened to the floor, every time you sit on it it moves a little... In addition to all that the house was extremely cold, around 13°celsius inside, and when we asked the owner to turn the heat on, he answered that its centralized, and only comes on later in october. After checking this info, we found out that actually the owner could have requested to have the heat turned already specifically for his flat/apartment block. The place is actually quite far away from the city centre and touristy locations. I only recommend this place if you cant afford anything else in Milan.

Positive: The apartment was easily accessible with the check-in code (important for us since we arrived late), everything looks just like in the photos, the rooms and the whole apartment is spacious.
Negative: It wasn't completely clean, especially the bathroom, and the location is a bit further away from the city (but the bus to the central station is 2 minutes by foot, which takes you to the central station in about half an hour). A lot of instructions were only in Italian, so we had to translate it manually.

Positive: A nice apartment in a peaceful district of Milan with easy access to transport and shops. Simple self check in and very good communication with the staff. Excellent wifi, Nespresso machine and a kitchen with everything one needs for a few days in the city!
Negative: The bathroom needs some works as the shower floods easily and the toilet water needs more pressure in order to function properly!
Summary: A nice ,comfy apartment in Milan.
